Continuing Education Credits:

All who completed Nancy's trainings will receive a "Certificate of Completion" (21 contact hours) within two weeks after submitting the "Training Evaluation Form".
Continuing Education Units are offered through Erena Digonis, LCSW, PLLC. She is a NY-S, NBCC, and ASWB approved provider.
Nancy's trainings are eligible for 21 CEs: 18 Clinical Hours and 3 Cultural Competency Hours.
The custom link to register and pay for CE for Social Workers, LPCs, MFTs will be available on the Member Only Resource page on Nancy's website.

If you are unable to adhere to these requirements please do not register for the training.

100% attendance is required for each day. This means it is not acceptable to leave the training for a few hours to go attend another meeting etc. and then return to the training. If you are unable to attend 100% each day then do not register for the training. In case of an emergency, we are happy to refund your registration fee and you can take the training in the future.
We realize there is a pandemic and sociopolitical issues which have caused strain in many areas to say the least. However, if you are not able to be fully present for whatever reason(s) please do not register for the training. This training is highly experiential and REQUIRES your full attention and presence. The inability to be fully present adversely impacts other attendees during experiential practicums. Opting out of practicums is not an option.
***Please make sure that you are in a quiet area where there are no other people or noise around. We want to ensure a conducive environment for learning and practicums.
Pointer, bilateral music, and David Grand's book are essential material to have ready before the training. You must have them before participating in the phase 1 training.
If you do not have a Zoom account, you need to register for a free account with Zoom and use your laptop or desktop during the training. Do not use cell phones as the screen size is too small for the training.
Having your Zoom video on most of the time is highly encouraged even though we recognized you need to take breaks from the screen. It is not acceptable to have the video off the entire time during training.
No recordings on any device is allowed.
Recording is for the trainer's personal use and is not included in the registration.
You are required to fill out and return the post training reflections questionnaire before the completion certificate can be issued.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations received by midnight PDT May 20, 2024 will receive a full refund less applicable processing fees ($75) by May 30, 2024.
ALL cancellations received after May 20, 2024 will receive a full refund less any applicable processing fees ($75) after the training has concluded and by June 15, 2024.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS A RESULT OF PARTIAL ATTENDANCE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO BE IN FULL ATTENDANCE ALL 3 DAYS OF THE TRAINING.
