What is Brainspotting workshop about?
  • Identify an issue whether personal, health, relationships or business that you would like some clarity and direction.
  • You will be guided through a few short neuro-experiential Brainspotting processes so that you can take away some insight and focus for continuing investigation into your issues.
  • This workshop is designed to be between 4-8 people, with warm and intimate setting where you can feel comfortable to be yourself and ask questions!
  • If there are less than 4 participants, the workshop will be cancelled with prior notice.
  • No previous Brainspotting training required.
